If you order something and you just don't
like it for ANY reason within 30 days of your date of delivery ship it back
for an exchange or refund (as long as you haven’t worn it and the tags are in
tact).

returns of worn items will be accepted.
Attached tags must still be attached on all returns. We
understand that upon receiving your merchandise your first thought is to try
it on to see if it fits before preparing yourself for that special moment or
vacation. We encourage this. Please wear a liner on any outfit that has a
panty bottom. We believe that you share our safety and health concerns and
will take the time to try on your special outfits carefully. We are very
appreciative of this. Our understanding of the term "worn" is that it has
obviously been "used". This includes items that have been "washed". I’m sure
that no more explanation than that is necessary. Any items returned to us in
this condition will be discarded and no refund issued. If you are like most
people out there and have taken the time to be careful and safe with the
product then we are very pleased to accept your return or exchange.
How To Return
Mail
the product back to us in its entirety with all labeling and packaging intact.
Manufacturer's Merchndise tags must still be attached. Enclose a copy of the
original packing slip along with your phone number. Please do not send us a
return with no packing slip. We will have no idea whom it is from. Please note
that it is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your return or
exchange. We would recommend that you send your exchange or return with
delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for carrier loss. No returns or
exchanges will be processed until we receive the product in unworn condition.
All returns are processed in a timely manner and credit card refunds and
company checks will be issued within 7 to 30 days depending on order backlog.
Refunds for returned unworn return merchandise will be issued for the full
merchandise total and sales tax, if applicable, shipping charges are not
refundable. Orders that were not charged shipping fee due to order size will
be charged a basic shipping fee if the amount of the merchandise returned
brings the merchandise total below the then set threshold for free shipping.
Most returns are processed within 4-7 business days.
The only delay might be a temporarily out-of-stock item for an exchange. In
that case you would be emailed to find out if you would prefer to wait an
additional day or two or to receive a refund.
Important:
Customers wishing to return items must send an email to info@newyoustyle.com
to obtain a Return Authorization number. After receiving the Return
Authorization Number, the unworn item may be returned with a copy of packing
slip or note including the customer name and address, the Return Authorization
Number and the reason for the return. Please note we cannot issue a credit for
a merchandise return without a Return Authorization Number. By emailing us and
making us aware of a return, we can ensure the smoothest possible return
process for our customers. Note
on free basic shipping offer: customers who return the entire order due to
anything other than product defects or wrong products shipped by the warehouse
will be charged a $6.00 service and order processing fee in an effort to keep
shipping costs as low as possible for all customers of Newyoustyle.com

$6.00 fee to ship your exchange
back for US exchanges(Customers outside the US see below) Most of the time,
this fee can be charged to your existing credit card account. If this is not
the case, other arrangements to collect the fee will be made. Please
do not send us an exchange with no packing slip. We will have no idea whom it
is from. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that we receive
your exchange . We would recommend that you send your exchange with

when returning an item for exchange and advise us what you want to exchange it
for. This will allow us to ensure the smoothest possible return process for

Notice to Customers Outside the US:
Because of the expensive cost of shipping products to countries outside the US
the same shipping rules apply on exchanges. There is a flat $14.00 shipping
charge. You will need to enclose a check made out to ABS for $14.00 when
returning the merchandise. If you have any questions at all about this
procedure please email us as no foreign exchanges will be shipped without the
necessary shipping charges paid

the addresses for returns and exchanges may be different for different products.
Please keep your packing slip - your return should be sent to the address

Worn Returns and Safety
If
you are concerned that you might receive an exchanged or returned item and are
worried about the quality or safety of your item, do not be. All exchanges and
returns are carefully inspected. If they are not still in NEW condition, with
tags still in tact they are discarded.
